What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with enterprise goals
- Utilize data to create problem statements and hypotheses that are measurable and outcome-oriented
- Lead analysis of key metrics and operational performance for IT and product teams
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Technology Intake process and facilitate alignment between teams
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and communicate product performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or a related technology role
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions and strategy
- Experience defining and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or equivalent tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in enterprise IT or healthcare technology environments
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, SaFE, or Six Sigma
- Proven record leading data-driven product initiatives achieving measurable results
- Experience supporting multiple product portfolios
