- Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategic/tactical/operational plans for designated brands, in collaboration with Head of RBD, to achieve ambitious objectives and successful launches.
- Co-create customer journeys with Medical, Sales and Customer Engagement Unit considering content creation (digital and non-digital), calendar implementation and KPI analysis; leverage multichannel to help shape impactful MCE strategy adapted to rare disease.
- Take part in Medical Education activity development and execution, plan congress presence and activities, both in collaboration with Medical and Medical Education.
- Understand haemophilia ecosystem, marketplace dynamics and external stakeholder influence; participate in the development of market research and SFE report to ensure in-depth market analysis.
- Develop networks and partnerships with KOLs, HCPs and patient organisation; take part in KOL engagement strategy with Medical and give input.
- Lead creation and validation of promotional and institutional campaign materials in close collaboration with Sales; grow awareness about Changing Haemophilia and develop impactful patient initiatives.
- PharmD/MD or Life Science and marketing/business qualification (Master or Programme Grande Ecole)
- 2-5 years marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry required.
- Proven track record in product marketing and project management.
- Experience in launch planning and cross-functional project management, ideally in Rare Bleeding Disorders, Rare Disease or oncology/immunology.
- Demonstrated broad marketing mix strategy experience with expertise in all digital channels.
- Fluency in French & English both spoken and written is required.
- Agile in approach with a flair for the development of new ways to grow and improve the business.
- Strong Interpersonal communication skills and results focused.

The Position

About the Department
You will join a new department as a marketing team player and report to the Head of Rare Bleeding Disorders. You will interact with a variety of internal (Medical, Sales, Market Access, Public Affairs, Finance, Communication) and external (healthcare professionals, patient association, healthcare organisations) stakeholders.
