      Req#: JY2525944
The Associate Product Manager (APM) is an enthusiastic, intellectually curious member of the Product team who supports the development and delivery of exceptional products. Working under the mentorship of senior product leaders, the APM contributes to the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery while building foundational skills in product strategy, stakeholder engagement, and execution.

The APM is committed to continuous learning, embraces feedback, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who is excited to grow into a product leader by learning how to prioritize effectively, build strong cross-functional relationships, and advocate for the voice of the customer to help create products that make a meaningful impact.

      Primary Accountabilities:

      • Develop simple business cases, product line pro-formas, or other decision analysis projects, including data collection and preliminary analysis; learn and apply product frameworks and decision-making tools to guide discovery and planning.

      • Manage one or more simultaneous product initiatives of low complexity through the full product life cycle (from concept to launch); manage moderate complexity initiatives with supervision.

      • Conduct research on competition, users, and customers to inform product strategy, including win-loss analysis, profitability analysis, and feasibility studies; assist in the creation of competitive strategies.

      • Collaborate with go-to-market teams (marketing, sales, services, solution architects) to successfully launch new product initiatives of low complexity with independence, and moderate complexity with supervision; support sales efforts with feature-level expertise.

      • Actively participate in roadmap planning and backlog grooming; understand and apply prioritization frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or Kano to make thoughtful trade-offs.

      • Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders and customers to validate problems, identify needs, and improve product-market fit.

      • Learn to take a variety of diverse inputs (quantitative, qualitative, anecdotal) and synthesize them into a compelling product story that aligns with business and user goals.

      • Exhibit high potential for building strong relationships with stakeholders; support the Product team in cross-functional engagement and stakeholder alignment.

      • Demonstrate the ability to adapt communication styles based on audience—executive, technical, customer-facing teams—and be comfortable with ambiguity and asking questions.

      • Talk to customers to develop an understanding of their pain points, goals, and workflows; document and communicate insights to inform product development.

      • Learn how to incorporate user research and VOC (Voice of the Customer) into product discovery and development processes.

      • Provide support to Product Managers from problem definition through solution delivery within the team.

      • Write small features and user stories; with guidance, break down work into incremental deliverables and define acceptance criteria.

      • Facilitate and contribute to QA testing of core features; help ensure high-quality releases.

      Additional Responsibilities:

      • Performs other duties as assigned.

      • Complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.

      Required Qualifications:
