- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to brainstorm, develop, and introduce cutting-edge features that align with customer needs and our business vision.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation in the hospitality sector.
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our reputation management dashboard and guest survey tools.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee the development and implementation of new features, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards related to guest data privacy and feedback management, ensuring our products adhere to relevant guidelines.
- Proven experience in product management, particularly within technology or SaaS sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Monday, or Miro.
- Knowledge of online reputation management, guest satisfaction surveys, or hospitality industry trends is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
