      Product Manager

      Manchester M50 3SP / Staines / hybrid 3 days from home / flexible

      Permanent

      Salary £50K - £60K depending on experience + Management Bonus 10%

      Full time 37.5 hours

      The role

      With a focus on New Product Development, you’ll play a key role in the transformation of the dental portfolio to achieve our growth and customer experience ambitions. In this role you will play an essential part in ensuring the profit & loss of the dental portfolio delivers value for customers and the business.

      How you’ll help to make health happen

      • Take responsibility for the dental product, understand how it fits into our wider product portfolio and be the subject matter expert to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
      • Understand the external marketplace, legislation, the economic climate, the competition and our customer.
      • Work with stakeholders across the business, manage all product governance activities including monthly product monitoring and annual product reviews.
      • Educate and update front-line teams and maintain contact to obtain feedback that can be used to shape and improve the product and customer experience.
      • Measure and monitor performance and implement remedial action.
      • Delivering product & process change across the customer journey.

      You

      • Impressive Product Management and New Product Development experience gained in a regulated environment. – Financial Services would be ideal.
      • Qualified or experienced in major aspects of the marketing mix, particularly product and service design.
      • Customer focused yet commercially savvy, able to make insightful decisions and influence internal and external senior stakeholders.
      • Brilliant communication and negotiation skills, strategically minded, and driven by results.
      • Capacity to apply different and innovative approaches to solve problems.
      • Able to recognise the need for and initiate change, and drive business readiness plans.
