      Responsibilities: Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, services, or products. Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation. Deeply understand Autodesk’s digital help experience mission and strategies, help clarify business priorities for the cross-functional team, set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals. Relentlessly drive for continual product improvements and deliver results that exceed quality customer expectations and outcomes. Deep understanding of platform experiences that deliver rich, contextual AI/ML driven capabilities for customers. Integrate usability studies, customer feedback, and research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customer satisfaction. Work closely with user experience design and engineering teams to refine, test and build experiences. Define, monitor and analyze metrics for launched product functionalities and feed learnings back into product development process. Develop quarterly product feature roadmaps. Prioritize (and re-prioritize work against roadmap. Closely collaborate with key business cross-functional stakeholders to establish vision for the product evolution, impacting key strategic and business priorities.

      Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Operations Research, Engineering, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a product analyst -related occupation.

      Special Requirements: Position requires at least three (3) years of experience in each of the following skills:

      • Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements.

      • Employ excellent communication, relationship management and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional partners (engineering, design, business stakeholders, QA, operations, to market, legal, and other teams) to deliver projects quickly that address customer needs while proactively anticipating and mitigating issues and risks

      • Utilize deep analytical skills to define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators and success metrics to assess product/feature success, make data-driven decisions, develop hypotheses and identify customer pain points.

      Position requires at least one (1) academic semester of graduate-level coursework or some experience in each of the following skills:

      • Utilize knowledge of web technologies , interacting with graphical user interfaces, compound data structures and interfacing with databases to lead discussion with engineering, participate in solutioning discussions and to guide intelligent decision making. Web technologies and web concepts: HTML, CSV, CSS, XML

      • Have a deep understanding of developing or working directly on various aspects of large-scale ML/AI platforms such as dataset generation, feature development, model testing and resource management to support the development of AI-powered customer experiences with natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs) and personalization for customer experiences.

      • Leverage strong understanding of platform technologies, microservices architecture like APIs and databases to manage the integration of new services and technology into the platform with the aim of becoming a world class data platform that will drive innovation and broad adoption of key capabilities.

      • Utilize RICE, KANO, MoSCoW and story mapping techniques to prioritize and develop quarterly/yearly product feature roadmaps that map to OKRs and product strategy – balancing the needs of customers, tech debt, platform maintenance and security requirements.

      • Define, evangelize, and continuously evolve a holistic product vision and strategy for the Product capability set, identifying new areas of impact through market and user research, while driving business outcomes

      Salary transparency

      Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $124,500 - $175,000/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
