      Responsibilities

      • Identify, prioritize, define and drive the execution of different features of the product
      • Understand the data models and data flows in the product in order to restructure and standardize the data elements in the product.
      • Drive the product life cycle in Agile methodology including UX, UI, user stories and preparation of detailed specs
      • Work closely with R&D to understand the technology capabilities, define features and answer questions
      • Understanding influences the product architecture
      • Work with UX professionals to define an outstanding user experience
      • Use client feedback, analytics, and market inputs delivered from Sales to drive your decision making
      • Communicate the product roadmap to internal and external key stakeholders

      REQUIREMENTS

      • Minimum 5 years of product management experience from at least 2 different employers in a B2B software product
      • Experience with complex, multi-services software products
      • Experience with SaaS products
      • Deep understanding and familiarity with data models and databases technologies
      • Engineering or computer science degree
      • Experience in Agile methodology
      • Experience with big data technologies
      • Previous role(s) in R&D software engineering
      • Vertical-specific experience: law enforcement, intelligence
      • System architecture understanding
      • Ability to deeply understand and translate market/customer problems and opportunities to clearly articulated product requirements
      • Excellent communication skills: listening, collaborating, negotiating, persuading, writing and public speaking
      • Ability to execute and continuously deliver
      • Sharp analytical abilities
