      Job Description:
      Bank of America is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist for our award-winning digital banking 31 million mobile users. The Digital Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining digital card applications by engaging technology, line of business and marketing partners. This role will support various card product and offers within those card products along with having strong organizational, project management, relationship management, and QA skills.

      This job is responsible for delivering small end-to-end and/or large specialized portions of a marketing initiative or program. Key responsibilities include using advanced analysis and problem solving to recommend improvements and solutions, owning the delivery of primary components for small to medium marketing products/processes or secondary components for large/medium initiatives. Job expectations include working with senior management within the Marketing team to deliver solutions based on a defined set of project/program goals.

      Responsibilities include:

      • Flawless execution of digital marketing applications throughout every step of the process

      • Working with team members from various departments

      • Maintaining and establishing routines for optimizing and improving process management and performance

      • On-time delivery of routine deliverables

      • Identify and recommend improvement of existing routines and processes

      • Directly interface with program manager partners for strategy

      Required Skills:

      • Strong project management skills

      • Demonstrated success in executing complex, detailed tasks quickly and accurately

      • Ability to work independently, as well as with a team, in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines

      • Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task efficiently

      • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and concisely

      • Proactive, self-starter who shows initiative and ability to drive results

      • Process and systems knowledge used for marketing asset execution

      • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required

      • Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required

      • Develop presentation materials

      • Excellent time-management skills

      • Must be detail-oriented

      • 3-5 years digital marketing execution and performance data management experience, preferably in digital marketing

      Desired Skills:

      • Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Audience Manager (DMP), Adobe Photoshop knowledge and experience preferred.

      • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) a plus

      • Experience in Workflow Management Tool (JIRA or other) is a plus

      • Understanding of Chrome developer tools and extensions to troubleshooting targeting, tracking and page tags.

      • Experience in the financial industry is a plus

      • eCommerce, digital, onsite, interactive media background

      • QA testing and validation experience

      • Content management system experience

      Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $71,000.00 - $118,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
