      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the strategy and execution for internal-facing platforms that support operational excellence across globally distributed teams
      - Define and monitor metrics that quantify the impact of internal operations on business outcomes
      - Lead teams of software and data engineers to design and deliver data platform features for internal users
      - Create a vision and roadmap for products that address stakeholder needs
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders that depend on product capabilities and performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
      - At least 3 years of experience with SQL
      - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
      - Proficiency in handling large data files using SQL, Python, and/or R
      - Strong communication skills to advance initiatives and create consensus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
      - A proven track record of driving operational efficiency through internal tooling and process improvements
