      Overview

      Blackhawk Network is seeking a hardworking and passionate Product Manager to join our product management team for Order & Fulfillment Services product line, focused on delivering scalable solutions that enables growth of current and future products and services to our customers in the FinTech space. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

      Responsibility

      • Become an expert for your product, domain and market and be the evangelist for the product across the company.
      • Product Life Cycle management of multiple processing platforms and APIs, championing comprehensive documentation (e.g., initiatives, business, and product outcomes, etc.).
      • Communicate clearly with well-defined ability to handle both executive-level discussions as well as functional / technical deep dives.
      • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

      Critical Skills

      • Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of product milestones. Understanding of Systems and Platforms is a plus.
      • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product performance, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
      • Good understanding of relevant technology, cloud solutions, programming languages, and experience with product design and architectures.

      Launch and Release Plans

      • Work closely with Senior Product Managers to develop launch and release strategies, engaging with diverse stakeholders to ensure effective prioritization of product features.

      Responsibilities

      • Technical Process: Good understanding of API development, processing platforms, modern integration methods, and best practices.
      • Documentation & Guides: Contribute to developing comprehensive guides and documentation for seamless API integration.
      • Developer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with the developer community. Gather feedback to ensure their needs are met.
      • Collaboration: Work closely with Ordering & Fulfillment Platforms and technical teams.
      • Proven Track Record: Define and ship products iteratively, with a hands-on execution perspective.
      • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills for executive and technical discussions.
      • Problem-solving Abilities: Fantastic problem-solving skills, analytical horsepower, and attention to detail.
      • Global Collaboration: Able to work effectively as a global team, while also being proactive to drive initiatives forward independently.
      • Technology Understanding: Understanding of relevant technology, APIs, cloud solutions, and programming languages.
      • Product Design Skills: Great product design skills that could be applied to a broad spectrum of Front-end and Back-end technologies including APIs.
      • Requirement Gathering: Strong Business & Product Requirements development skills, including but not limited to the use-case, business case development, system/sequence diagrams, workflow, and domain model development

      Qualifications

      • Education and Qualifications-Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
      • Experience- 3-5 years of relevant product management experience in designing products and platforms supporting Enterprise solutions.
      • Positive and Collaborative: Positive attitude and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
      • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
      • Organizational and Technical Abilities: Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities.
      • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of fulfillment/ordering/processing platforms, Gift Cards and FinTech space is a plus.

      Benefits

      Salary Range for California Residents Only: $115,800.00 to $140,000.00

      Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Blackhawk Network offers benefits including 401k with employer match, medical, dental, vision, 12 paid holidays throughout the year, 1 hour of sick pay accrual for every 30 hours worked, parental leave, life insurance, disability insurance, accident and illness insurance, health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, wellness benefits, and flexible time off for all full-time employees.
