      Responsibilities
      About the team
      The TikTok Privacy & Responsibility Product division's goal is to meet all of our privacy, responsibility and compliance requirements while providing the best user experience to responsibly consume, create, and enjoy content on TikTok. The P&R - Teens and Kids Experiences team develops products and features to ensure responsible and valued experiences for minors globally.

      Responsibilities
      - Develop product strategies and roadmaps for compliance and protection features for minors and parents.
      - Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key challenges, innovate solutions, define product requirements and drive impactful launches
      - Collaborate closely with engineering and UX to build scalable, extensible and user-friendly identity solutions
      - Manage multiple stakeholders, use data to assess user experience, privacy and compliance constraints and drive optimal decisions

      Qualifications
      Minimum Qualifications
      - 3+ years of experience in software product management
      - Strong collaboration and team alignment skills
      - Experience performing product-oriented quantitative and qualitative analyses
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills , especially summarizing and expressing complex requirements in an accessible and precise manner.

      Preferred Qualifications
      - 5+ years of software product management experience, with multiple successful online consumer launches
      - Domain expertise in regulatory compliance, privacy, security or other related field
      - Experience in online products or services for minors or parents
      - Experience collaborating closely with legal and policy teams
      - Proven ability to operate in an ambiguous environment
      - Bachelor's degree in software, UX design, business or child development field.

      【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
      The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $150000 - $200000 annually.
      Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
      Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
