What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the voice of the user and customer within the employer
- Conduct end-user research to build features that meet customer needs
- Develop strategy and roadmap for product innovation and optimization
- Drive execution within a cross-functional team, collaborating with Design, Engineering, Science, and more
- Measure and report key metrics to demonstrate team value to internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years as a Product Manager on SaaS enterprise products with complex solutions
- Experience with scientifically-informed data and products is preferred
- Proven ability to clarify complex domains and align technical and data teams
- Track record of successfully launching new features and driving user engagement
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-informed decision-making process
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PhD in biology (or a related field) or equivalent experience in Biological Sciences
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes
- Direct interaction experience with highly technical stakeholders
