What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute the product strategy for Health Payment Accounts in alignment with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare payment landscape
- Define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives
- Monitor product performance and iterate on features to continuously improve user experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or financial services industry
- Knowledge of healthcare payment systems, regulations, and industry standards
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
