What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own a product line and manage all aspects of software development for new features and enhancements
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and user needs
- Gather and prioritize business requirements from various sources to inform product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and features
- Collaborate with UX teams on the design and validation of user interfaces
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience in conducting market research and identifying business development opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- Experience in product management within the Property & Casualty industry
