What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own a product line and oversee all aspects of software development for new features and enhancements
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive analysis to identify trends and user needs
- Gather and prioritize business requirements, collaborating with engineering and user experience teams
- Prepare and present business cases and plans to justify proposed solutions and investments
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and features
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in product management or related field
- Demonstrated excellent business judgment and strategic aptitude
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Background in conducting market research and identifying business development opportunities
