What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept through launch and lifecycle management
- Conduct market research and internal client needs assessments to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technology solutions and align strategies
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful product delivery
- Monitor product performance post-launch and utilize insights for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, marketing, product management, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of proven experience in product management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare product development, regulations, and market dynamics
- Certification in Project Management or equivalent experience demonstrating strong project management skills
- Excellent research, communication, and leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or master’s degree in a related field
- Familiarity with primary care models in an ambulatory setting
- Innovative approach to product development and execution
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with diverse teams
- Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving and data interpretation
