What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of product management experience within healthcare technology
- Deep understanding of value-based care, risk adjustment methodologies, and quality measurement frameworks
- Experience working with healthcare data, including claims, clinical records, and risk scoring models
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
