      As a Vice President Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator business, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers.       Job responsibilities:

      • Developing propositions, feature-sets and product experiences based on a deep understanding of end consumer and business partner needs
      • Manage the customer research process, finding and selecting the right 3rd party vendors, managing the process and ensuring deliverables are of a high standard
      • Partnering with our business development team to bring the product and consumer perspective to partnership conversations
      • Preparing assets for these conversations, engaging with the design team to prepare artefacts as required and liaising with teams within partner organisations as required
      • Managing the documentation process required to translate key features and capabilities into buildable products for our engineering teams
      • Motivating product, design and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery

      Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

      • Advanced experience in product development/management
      • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and prioritization
      • Experience interfacing with corporate partners, delivering propositions & products which satisfy their requirements
      • Actively hands on, detail orientated and outcome-focused, as well as a collaborative team player with the ability and experience of working across multiple functional and business groups
      • Strong track record of operating in an agile, fast-paced software development environment
      • Experience delivering products for companies operating in a regulated environment

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

      • Experience of priority markets is highly desirable
      • Experience of building B2B2C offerings
