What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to create high-quality consumer experiences
- Own the execution of features that simplify checkout and enhance user loyalty
- Partner with other Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to define roadmap priorities
- Work across teams to ensure fast-paced delivery and a smooth customer experience
- Analyze usage data and customer feedback for product iteration and optimization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in consumer fintech or digital product management
- Proven track record of owning customer-facing features from conception to delivery
- Familiarity with mobile-first product development and UI/UX collaboration
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver quickly and iterate effectively
- Strong drive and proactivity, demonstrating a builder and executor mentality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Knowledge of payment systems and consumer behavior in fintech
- Understanding of data analytics tools to drive product decisions
- Background in customer loyalty programs and rewards systems
