As Product Manager Enfamil at Reckitt you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, user experience, development and maintenance of Mead Johnson Nutrition’s consumer and HCP-facing web properties including Enfamil.com, hcp.meadjohnson.com, and other sites within the MJN ecosystem. As a data-driven product leader, you will drive product strategy with a mobile-first mentality to drive transformative digital growth online for the Enfamil family of brands. You will develop, launch and optimize the user experience to drive engagement, CRM enrollment, direct to consumer store traffic, and create seamless tie-ins with brand marketing campaigns.

The Enfamil digital team at Reckitt is made up of Site, App, 1:1 product teams, performance media, fulfillment, data science, SEO, content editors, and data architects. Working together this team connects with millions of expecting and new mothers to support them on their journey through motherhood and infant nutrition. This organization is situated within the marketing organization and is directly connected with brand teams driving the brands under Enfamil and innovation.
About the Role
As part of the Site & App Team you will be core to connecting and providing value to our mothers with educational content, helpful utilities to navigate benefits and products, as well as request samples. Your work will be directly attributed to the overall growth of the business, and you will be highly visible to business leadership. As Product Manager Web you will be responsible for partnering with the Sr Product Manager to develop product roadmap, assess performance opportunities, own implementation plans and governance to lead successful launches that drive improvements in the KPIs. You are passionate about contributing to the creation of great consumer-centric digital products, and this shows in your past work. You are a strategic and analytical thinker, you work well with others, and you always put the consumer’s needs against all else. You’re both a thinker and a doer – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. Your work will support our mission to nourish the world’s children for the best start in life by keeping our consumer and HCP sites, helpful, up-to-date, and contextually relevant for moms, expecting moms, and their doctors.

Core Areas of Responsibility
• Develop the consumer product strategy for Mead Johnson Nutrition’s suite of consumer and HCP-facing websites including Enfamil.com, hcp.meadjohnson.com, and web properties associated with new product launches.
• Act as Product Manager and primary point of contact for Mead Johnson Nutrition’s consumer & HCP-facing websites.
• Lead strategy and implementation of both product roadmap and brand-specific activations on MJN web properties, partnering with SEO Manager, SEO Copywriter, Brand Managers, external agencies, development teams and IT to ensure timely, flawless execution of key brand initiatives
• Contribute to the creative process by participating in brainstorming, assessing feasibility, and persistently ideating towards solutions.
• Creation of business requirements, user flow diagrams, and functional specifications along with Program Manager and UX Team
• Operate within Agile Scrum and along with Program Manager, maintain clean, prioritized backlog of maintenance, bug fixes, content updates and new feature requests with internal stakeholders, production agency & development agency.
• Build and drive the implementation of A/B testing roadmap in partnership with UX team, targeting improvement of conversion, engagement, and ultimately the bottom line.
• Ensure business objectives are translated into best-in-class digital customer experiences.
• Responsible for analytics and performance reporting for consumer and HCP sites.
• Manage the website product development budget and prioritize resources against the highest impact initiatives.
• Establish reporting frameworks. Monitor performance and report out on KPIs to ensure business goals are met.
• Act as a thought leader with Brand Managers to ensure business objectives are translated into best-in-class digital customer experiences.
• Socialize the product roadmap with key stakeholders across the organization.

• Improved EFB enrollments
• Reduce effort to match benefits needs to the right product and enable conversion on or offline
• Improve mobile friendliness, usability, and accessibility to drive greater visibility in organic search
Key Skills
• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field of study.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a digital marketing role with an emphasis on mobile app management. Experience in website management a plus.
• Strong knowledge of web and application development, capabilities & processes, web development technologies, technology vendors, and third party offerings.
• Experience in maintaining a prioritized product backlog and participating in sprint and release planning activities managed in an Agile environment through the use of Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Ability to think quickly and creatively about problems and develop efficient solutions with an understanding of technical feasibility and watch for issues in implementation
• Experience leveraging analytics to drive insight and action.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple rapidly-moving projects
• Basic understanding of mobile, loyalty and online content best practices, with general awareness of the digital landscape.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Umbraco, Drupal, HTML, and CSS basics.
• Experience with web analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Looker (Data) Studio, Google Tag Manager, A/B Tasty, HotJar, etc.
• Comfort with project management tools such as Atlassian Suite, SmartSheet, Monday, Clickup
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results driven environment
