      What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

      As an integral member of Newfold’s Product Team, the Product Manager will be part of the team. You will be responsible for driving and executing strategic web experiences to support multiple hosting products for our numerous key brands under Newfold. This individual will partner closely with various internal stakeholders to identify business requirements, site enhancements, product and experience gaps and usability improvements to help drive the continued success of our online experience. You will also be responsible for prioritising development work to ensure the required work is completed accurately and delivered on time to meet underlying business needs.

      • Serve as a key team member, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including engineering, analytics, design/user experience, marketing brand leads and commercial leaders.

      • Owns the execution of the Web Hosting Products roadmap.

      • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product business requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

      • Prioritises and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders

      • Monitors key metrics of the products and ensures any trends are reported to management with possible solutions for fixing the issues identified.

      • Continue to evolve unique online experiences to achieve stakeholder and company objectives more effectively

      Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

      • Bachelor’s/MBA with 2-3 years of Product Management experience

      • Passionate, high-energy, resourceful, self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment

      • Customer first mindset with a good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen

      • Strong project management skills with a “get it done” attitude

      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

      • Prior experience working in an Agile environment

      • Familiarity with using JIRA for development workflow management

      • Team player able to work with cross-functional work groups

      • Works well independently with broad general direction and support

      • Working knowledge of domain names, web hosting, email hosting, and cloud services.

      • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, HTML and CSS is a great plus but not mandatory.
