  · Effective relationship builder - ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various personality types at all levels of the organization. · Superior communication skills, able to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story. · Good understanding and/or experience with financial services regulations is a plus. · Experience with digital analytics; Adobe Analytics experience preferred. Technical/Functional Qualifications: · 3 to 5 years agile scrum experience · 3 to 5 years digital Product Ownership experience · 3 to 5 years’ experience in a financial or fintech firm · Experience with responsive web and mobile app development · Experience with Jira and Confluence applications · Experience with Adobe Analytics preferred · Bachelor’s degree required What you have: · Prior experience as an Agile Product Owner or leading scrum teams with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and outcome driven roadmaps. · Strong digital product management skills, experience with enterprise platforms, and demonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources. · Strong knowledge base and experience developing or managing digital experiences, coupled with knowledge of the underlying technology, both current and emerging. · Skilled at working cross-functionally with technology, service, marketing, and product teams to design, develop and launch a complex digital experience. · Expert listening skills with the demonstrated ability to understand and refine the business intent behind stated requirements. · High emotional intelligence to embody our ‘through the client’s eyes’ mindset and ability to lead people through challenging projects and initiatives. · Curiosity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment. · Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and ability to track multiple projects (3-4) in parallel with minimal direction. · Experience working in a large organization with many stakeholders. · Effective relationship builder - ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various personality types at all levels of the organization. · Superior communication skills, able to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story. · Good understanding and/or experience with financial services regulations is a plus. · Experience with digital analytics; Adobe Analytics experience preferred.
