What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for new capabilities in the product portfolio
- Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to identify and manage product requirements and capabilities
- Provide clear and detailed requirements for product features and enhancements to support engineering
- Analyze user feedback, data, and market trends to refine and improve product offerings
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, data privacy regulations, and interoperability requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of Product Management or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience with Agile software development methodologies and managing product backlogs
- Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive product decisions and measure performance
- Experience working directly with customers to gather feedback and ensure post-release product satisfaction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a related field (Computer Science, Business Administration, Instructional Design, etc.)
- Understanding of the educational technology landscape and experience with LMS systems
- Experience presenting on product releases or roadmaps at industry shows and webinars
- Hands-on experience with user experience (UX) design, including creating wireframes and workflow diagrams
- Experience working with APIs, LTI standards, and other integration technologies
