      Job Duties: Participate in all software and/or hardware product development life cycle activities. Move software products through the software product development cycle from design and development to implementation, testing and/or marketing. Work as part of a team that acts as a central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Participate in and/or organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. As a member of the product development division, define product specification and/or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities. May telecommute. (385.34301)

      Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related technical field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a product manager-related occupation. Position requires:

      1. Product Strategy Development for Endpoint Management Platforms (EMP), including performing competitive analysis, conducting market research, and leveraging benchmarking and internal data;

      2. Product Roadmap Development;

      3. Product Lifecycle Management;

      4. Go-to-Market strategy development and execution;

      5. User research and feedback-experience integration;

      6. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) implementation;

      7. Leading stakeholder meetings and gathering insights utilizing Confluence; and

      8. User-centric product management tools, including JIRA for issue tracking.

      US: Hiring Range in USD from: $155,709 to $199,999 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and/or equity.

      Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
      Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
