DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Lead acquisition marketing strategy and planning for Chase product business. Develop pipeline of analytical insights and reports required by the business to manage and track results and identify areas of opportunity. Business lead for development and integration of propensity modelling into marketing tactics across the funnel. Work on digital transformation of marketing for Chase product business by planning and managing capabilities required to be agile. Develop compelling marketing and offers, and promote them through multiple digital, owned, direct and paid channels. Manage marketing investment planning, budgeting, business casing and approvals for marketing investments. Manage and track business results against the marketing goals, identify risks and opportunities and manage to those. Lead and develop a team in Chase product. Partner internally with other Chase teams to understand the customer needs, competition and help create product roadmap for solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Product Management, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Marketing Strategy Director, Marketing Manager, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: marketing audience targeting; analytical and P&L; financial data reporting and analysis; data and propensity modeling; machine learning models for targeting; data and analytics tools; marketing execution platforms; marketing automation/decisioning platforms.
