- Manage projects and tasks in a fast paced, dynamic culture working across multifunctional teams
- Leverage data insights, competitive analyses and consumer insights to recommend ways to improve and optimize consumers’ digital user experiences
- Analyzing test results including conversion rates, customer behavior, etc.
- Coordinating submissions for bank & legal approvals
- Multitask and prioritize based on business needs, merchant involved, level of effort and due date.
- Drive all aspects of assigned projects/tasks including initiation, planning, execution and closing
- Currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 3.0 GPA and above;
- Students expected to graduate in May or December 2026
- Knowledge of analytic tools such as Power BI, Excel, Word & PowerPoint is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross functional teams
- Proactive attitude with a passion for product management and marketing
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
- Must be self-motivated, ability to prioritize effectively and not shy away to seek guidance when you are blocked on a task.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing school, work and personal
- Willing and capable of learning new tools and technologies (as this position will arm you with the skills and knowledge necessary for success)

About This OpportunityAs a Product Intern on InComm's Financial Services team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multifaceted role while developing your skills in product management and marketing. This role will support the Reloadable team by managing bank and legal submissions, optimizing digital content and customer experiences, and analyzing market trends and results. This position is best suited for college students pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
