      The Yahoo Advertising Product Marketing team is responsible for bringing our solutions to market, driving awareness of Yahoo and our products, and enabling Sales with the tools to succeed and drive revenue. Differentiating Yahoo in outstanding and innovative ways, building credibility and recognition, and messaging our value proposition are crucial to the success of this team.

      Reporting to the Director of Go-to-Market Strategy, you will be an integral part of Yahoo’s product marketing team, helping to build the strategy and approach to drive brand and business results. You will support the GTM marketing efforts for a portfolio of our ad tech demand product solutions. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will own the execution of messaging and positioning for strategic demand-side initiatives and key releases, collaborating across our global and regional marketing, product, ops and communications teams to deliver releases, training, programs and content that help drive adoption and influence revenue.

      Attention to detail, an eye for quality, and strong positioning are critical to your success; these skills are imperative in your ability to represent our suite of ad products in everything from product development and design to outbound communications. You are an extension of Yahoo’s B2B Marketing organization, regularly collaborating with product, integrated marketing, PR, business development, ops and sales teams. Applicants with experience in the creative services field are preferred.

      Responsibilities:

      • Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the benefits and differentiation of Yahoo’s ad tech suite of advertiser solutions and partnerships.

      • Own GTM for Yahoo’s B2B releases.

      • Own messaging, positioning, high level product marketing strategy, and thought leadership for Yahoo’s demand side capabilities.

      • Collaborate with internal teams on education and evangelism.

      • Be a valued SME for the organization on advertiser related topics and the competitive landscape.

      • Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials and communications.

      • Provide industry insight to product, sales and marketing.

      • This role will focus heavily on creative and ad server partnerships. Experience in this area is a high priority.

      A Lot About You:

      • 3+ years product marketing experience leading GTM for a tech company or related field

      • Experience working across multiple disciplines within an organization; a focus on product marketing in the creative services field is preferred

      • Excellent writing and presentation skills

      • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail, project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams

      • Self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities

      • Creative design skills a plus

      The compensation for this position ranges from $102,000.00 - $212,500.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
