      ‘Global Marketing is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to support our product lifecycle management and sales teams. Our organization, Global Sales & Marketing, is part of Service Business unit which is one of the key pillars of the company's success.

      You will report to the Marketing Team Lead. Marketing is a global function within Growth & Sales where the primary focus is on growing the business. Moreover, you will join a team of highly dedicated individuals working out of Brande (Denmark), Pamplona (Spain), Barcelona (Spain) and Paris (France).

      How to contribute to our vision

      As our new Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for new products’ Go-to-market strategy and you will drive marketing efforts while at the same time supporting our current portfolio of the service business (including marketing plans, products’ launch activities and existing products/solutions potential repositioning). You will be a key stakeholder within the product development & commercialization of products process.

      You will be the bridge between the product development team and sales teams, taking the full end-to-end ownership on product marketing documents creation to support the selling process including product trainings and sales presentations.

      Endorsing a global function, you will have to coordinate actions across our six onshore regions and offshore, managing indirectly internal stakeholders. You should expect approximately 15-20 travelling days per year.

      You will join a team of highly dedicated individuals working out of our competence centers in Pamplona (Spain), Paris (France) and Brande (Denmark). As a team, Marketing is responsible for marketing campaigns, internal and external MarCom activities and much more.

      If you are creative and methodical, you could join us to grow our service business worldwide.

      What you need to make a difference

      Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:

      The ideal candidate has the skills to maintain the overall architecture of the service product portfolio - and partner on the product development process & product life cycle management of the service portfolio.

      You will be responsible for the development of product marketing plans for all new products under development and in-life products, plus elaborating strong value propositions and communicate these to the global sales team and customers.

      Development of product marketing documents to support the selling process, e.g. product trainings and sales presentations and collaborating with Corporate Communication on external / internal campaigns and PR, which is a high priority of this role, just as well as planning and execution of product launches and general product marketing support for global sales force.

      Besides this you hold an in-depth understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of product development and product management.

      You have a proven capability to moderate and find solutions between different parties and interests in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

      Key skills for this role are:

      • Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
      • Documented experience in the fields of technical product marketing, technical sales or similar
      • Documented experience in developing external product marketing material, sales trainings, and managing external communication agencies
      • Profound knowledge of the wind industry and/or similar industry

      It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
