      Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean?       The Marketing Manager will manage the development and execution of the South and Central America outward-facing marketing activities for assigned market segments within the region. They will be responsible for understanding the markets, products, and customers’ needs to formulate and execute an integrated and strategically focused product marketing plan to achieve sales growth targets. This role will work closely with regional sales, divisional product management and marketing operations to formulate and execute a cohesive plan.

      Essential Duties

      • Product Marketing

        • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned markets & segments with an understanding of related products and service offerings for key audiences

          • Conduct continuous market monitoring and impact analysis of needs, trends, compliance and other key influencers; proactively recommend corrective action when appropriate

          • Create content and resources with the team for these key audiences and personas

        • Plan, coordinate, and execute product marketing strategies

          • Develop go-to-market plans for regional new products; including product training, promotion strategies and tactics to achieve regional revenue objectives

          • Develop post-launch (2–3 years) market strategy

        • Create and manage product pricing strategy for multi-divisional product offering

        • Forecast and monitor regional product demand

        • Develop and analyze reports on product performance and growth trends to identify market opportunities

      • Market Programs/ Lead Generation

        • Develop, initiate and execute promotions and demand generation campaigns

        • Plan and manage lead generation strategies

        • Define specific plans for selling products and service to new customers

        • Deliver product information to Channel, including product presentation and demo scripts

        • Define plans to ensure customer loyalty of existing products and services

        • Support regional conferences, trade shows, webinars, sales tools, advertising, etc.

      • Marketing Management

        • Direct oversight of regional channel marketing activities

        • Aligns channel marketing activities to follow divisional strategies

        • Provides direction and leadership to regional growth and operations marketing personnel

        • Establishes KPIs, development goals, and performance expectations

        • Identifies continuous improvements to develop regional marketing success

      • Collaborates with marketing operations, divisional product marketing managers and demand generation counterparts in the creation and development of market-facing campaigns; serves as a primary content and subject resource for thought leadership and demand generation efforts.

      Education & Experience Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

      • 5+ years of successful experience in a directly related field or successful demonstration of knowledge in marketing, sales or related field

      • Demonstrated ability to effectively create, plan and implement programs

      • Demonstrated high level of analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

      • Demonstrated ability to provide work direction or general guidance to growth marketing team

      • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels both within and outside of Graco

      • Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%

      • Strong team player who can work well across multiple cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and product management

      • A data-driven and conversion-oriented mindset

      • Possess effective written and oral communication skills in order to successfully work with all organizational levels

      • Microsoft Office confidence, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint

      • Strong aptitude for understanding and determining the impact of compliance and regulatory requirements on market preferences and product offerings.

      • Exceptional coordination and follow-through skills; demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines and performance objectives

      • Able to maintain multiple projects simultaneously, working both as part of a team and individually as appropriate

      Desirable

      • Experience working in a B2B environment

      • Experience managing product margins and consumer pricing

      • 1–3 years demonstrated experience working with conducting basic analysis of market research (primary and secondary, qualitative and quantitative)

      • Oracle, Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Marketing Suite Software Knowledge

      • Bilingual – Spanish/English
