What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a product and market expert for the Omnipod 5 system with Libre integration
- Identify target customer segmentation and develop strong marketing claims and core messages
- Gather regional and customer insights to inform product roadmap and features
- Support global launch planning and create product briefs for launch execution
- Interface with international product marketing managers for international market rollout
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of downstream and/or product marketing experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry, or MBA with 3 years of related experience
- Ability to lead a creative agency in developing innovative marketing messaging
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong cross-functional leadership abilities
- Experience in launching new products

- Experience as a product marketing manager in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of diabetes management and insulin delivery systems
- Previous experience with remote work or hybrid work arrangements
- Familiarity with international marketing strategies
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
