      Job Description

      WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

      We are seeking a driven individual to join our dynamic Marketing Team. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing commercialization strategies for our commercial product lineup. Working alongside a team of marketing professionals, you will be responsible for developing product messaging, go-to-market plans, and executing product-focused campaigns.       Responsibilities:

      • Messaging Development and Strategy: Develop clear and persuasive messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition of our products.
      • Brand Alignment: Provide brand guidelines and product positioning messaging during product launches, ensuring consistency across marketing communications and channels.
      • Collaboration: Coordinate with product managers, sales teams, and subject matter experts to understand product features and benefits for each customer channel.
      • Campaign Planning and Execution: Planning and execution of product release plans across cross-functional marketing teams, ensure collateral and program readiness. This role will also work with the creative team on developing compelling campaign assets, including contents, graphics, and videos.
      • Campaign Effectiveness: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
      • Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the needs of our target audience, leveraging this knowledge to inform content strategies.
      • Tradeshows and Events: Drive activities around tradeshows, sales meetings, and customer events to promote brand awareness and communicate new product offerings.

    • Collaborates - The Product Marketing Specialist will collaborate with various members of the Product Management, Marketing, and Sales team to align on product launch commercialization plans, timeline, and deliverables. This individual needs to be efficient when working with cross functional teams.
    • Optimizes Work Processes - The Product Marketing Specialist will be encouraged to optimize existing or future work processes within the commercialization process, allowing for improved efficiency or effectiveness. This individual will assist in updating the Commercialization standards for government regulations and product launches and enhancements in the future.
    • Qualifications

      WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
      • 2 or more years of related experience
      • Experience in planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns. This includes familiarity with campaign tools, project management, and budget management.
      • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is often required to assess marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
      • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is important, as marketing strategies and campaigns may need to adapt to changing market conditions.
      • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce), project management and data analytics tools.
      • Ability to keep up with content and consumer trends and advancements in technology.
      • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
      • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

      The Compensation range for this position is approximately $58,000 - $77,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
