      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze existing product development and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
      - Collect, analyze, and report on product performance, operational metrics, and customer feedback
      - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to execute product strategies effectively
      - Manage product-related projects, including launches, updates, and enhancements, ensuring timelines are met
      - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product operations processes and provide training on new tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. in Business Administration, Operations Management, Product Management, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or a similar role
      - Experience in change management and healthcare revenue cycle
      - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
      - Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expertise in change management principles and practices
      - Additional certifications related to product management or operations
