      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with user experience (UX) design principles
      - Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques
      - Previous experience in a leadership role within product development
      - Certifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies
