      We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, pizza-loving Product Owner (App and Fulfillment) to lead one of our next gen experiences at Pizza Hut. As the Technical Product Owner, you are acting as the voice of the customer while partnering closely with design, engineering, and data science teams to bring a new digital experience to life.

      In this role, you will help business owners realize the vision and align technology with key business objectives. You will also drive progress on key initiatives through the execution of the product roadmap and management of the backlog.

      A successful candidate in this role will demonstrate strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills to consistently deliver outstanding results on time and in line with an established value minded approach. The candidate should also be entrepreneurial-minded, and comfortable with ambiguity while thriving in a demanding environment

      Responsibilities

      Strategy & Planning

      Executes the vision established by the Sr. Product Manager

      Owns the lifecycle of the Pizza Hut App and Fulfillment product and experience

      Manage sprint iterations and Agile ceremonies like stand up, storyboarding, retrospective, etc.

      Maintain and communicate weekly status updates

      Work progress tracking and managing predictability

      Manage team backlog and prioritize items

      Delivery & Execution

      Creates requirements and synthesizes into user stories; Breaks requirements into iterative sprint-sized stories to optimize speed-to-value.

      Function as the liaison between the business customer (quality) and the development organizations (application development, and the data team).

      Develops project plans & participates in release process - manages risks, communicates product needs, and surfaces issues to cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

      Participates in stand-ups, grooming/planning sessions, demos, and retrospectives. Fosters team collaboration, co-creation, and open communication.

      Understand the customer’s needs and translate those into business requirements

      Ensure requests are prioritized, progress is clearly communicated, and deliverables accurately pertain to user requirements.

      Knowledge & Skills Required

      4-6 years’ experience as PO and/or BA required.

      Experience with Agile methodologies (epics, features, stories,), modern software development practices (test driven development) and tools (Jira, Confluence) required.

      Experience with managing and delivering an app product is a plus

      Strong preference for candidates e-commerce (web/app) experience.

      Strong written and verbal communication.

      Broad technical knowledge and experience with system data flows.

      Bachelor's degree required or relevant experience required.

      Salary Range: $127,900 - $160,200 annually + bonus eligibility

      This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in establishing pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
