      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Set the strategic direction for banking applications and manage product development based on stakeholder needs
      - Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives
      - Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and collaboration
      - Lead the product team in developing user stories and managing the end-to-end release of new features
      - Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience as a product owner in a fast-paced environment
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
      - Familiarity with product management tools, such as Jira

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Industry certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
      - Experience in new and unfamiliar markets with the ability to translate requirements into a coherent product vision
