      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and prioritize the product backlog to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
      - Ensure product features align with regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards
      - Lead Agile practices including sprints, planning, and retrospectives
      - Define functional and non-functional product requirements and execute testing frameworks
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
      - 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering within Financial Services or Tech Industry
      - In lieu of education, 6+ years of relevant experience in Product Management or Engineering
      - Ability to operate office equipment and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
      - Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ACH (Automated Clearing House) Processing
      - Agile Certification - Certified Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner
      - Background in Customer Service and Payment Processing
      - Experience writing SQL queries
