      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead cross-functional project teams from design to delivery of fully-developed products
      - Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions
      - Conduct feasibility studies and manage field trials to identify product gaps and define requirements
      - Provide timely updates and status reports to functional leaders regarding project progress
      - Resolve complex problems and ensure alignment of delivery timelines with strategic goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 3+ years of technical experience
      - 5+ years of leadership and/or project management experience
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple details simultaneously
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Enterprise Preference Systems
      - Six Sigma Certification
      - Experience managing technical relationships with external partners and internal teams
      - Ability to drive discussions and communications with various stakeholders
      - Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management strategies
