What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain key partnerships within the Clinical Study Design and Analysis functional areas
- Influence the vision and roadmap in alignment with the technology strategy in partnership with business stakeholders
- Identify and leverage pioneering technologies for data management and process streamlining
- Develop, manage, and prioritize the Product Team backlog and budget
- Cultivate the growth and development of product team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Biology, or equivalent experience with a Master's, Bachelor's, Associate's, or High School diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leading teams
- Strong technical background in relevant fields as outlined above
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multi-functional teams
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Training or education degree in biology or chemistry
- Domain knowledge in Clinical Development, Clinical Study Design, and Study Analysis
- Product Owner hands-on experience
- Experience in Agile product development and DevOps practices
- Strong learning agility and ability to breakdown complex topics into actionable plans
