You are passionate about delivering Secure and Resilient Networking solutions
We’re looking to deliver the best and most reliable and secure Network platforms and solutions in a simplified and standardized way
Define product vision, goals and roadmap, aligned to Crew objectives and purpose and engage with key stakeholders (Business and Technology) to manage its delivery.
Accountable for end-to-end value delivery and product lifecycle management (including managing requirements lifecycle, production deployment and release day co-ordination and signoff)
Act as a voice of the customer and business and translate it for the squad
Apply expertise to support prioritisation, balance trade-offs and explore strategies to successfully achieve business and customer outcomes
Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations
Drive product exploration and formulate hypotheses to validate product strategy/design
Ensure compliance with group policies, processes and frameworks e.g. RiC, GVSF
Identify, articulate and manage risks, dependencies and compliance across streams of work
Maintain a healthy and prioritised backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes
Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to
Manage the squad’s performance to define objectives including OKR tracking etc.
Drive squad effectiveness and agile maturity i.e. sprint burndown, release burn up, and squad/team health in partnership with Agile Coaches and Performance Leads.
Experience working across end-to-end Agile projects and Ways of Working as a Product Owner
Influential and confident stakeholder management skills, this role will see you working across risk, product, digital, technology and compliance.
Knowledge in Datacentre technologies Spine and Leaf architecture, VXLAN, EVPN, Underlay, Overlay, MP-BGP, Border Leaf, Router server architecture
Knowledge and demonstrated understanding in design of routing technologies such as Static routing, BGP, OSPF, Multicast, Anycast, BFD, ECMP, Traffic load balance, NAT etc
Working knowledge of infrastructure tools i.e. Solarwinds, Qualys, Cisco ISE, Syslog, Splunk, NTP
Have experience managing risks and product compliance and using formal methods to document them
