Lead day-to-day squad performance and delivery of CX insights tools and applications in the Qualtrics platform
Oversee end-to-end execution of initiatives aligned to the product strategy
Establish mechanisms to identify opportunities to enhance the product and drive outcomes aligned to our KPIs and OKRs
Manage risks, compliance, incidents, and tech debt across the product
Align stakeholders on priorities and ensure shared understanding of goals
Prototype, release, and iterate solutions that meet customer needs and crew objectives
Experience as a Product Owner or in Customer Experience delivery
Qualtrics experience and certification is desirable
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate tech into business value and confidence presenting to senior executives
Commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving ability
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage end-to-end delivery

This role reports to the Crew Lead, Customer Experience (CX) Delivery.
Do work that matters:
As Product Owner, you will define the strategic vision and roadmap for the Qualtrics CX insights technology to drive customer and business outcomes, supporting our goal of achieving NPS +30.
You’ll lead a squad of product and technology specialists, ensuring alignment with our platform strategy and delivery against defined objectives. Your strong stakeholder relationships and domain expertise will be key to prioritising initiatives and achieving Group-wide goals.
