      We are a team of change agents insights J.P. Morgan Payments, driving a major transformation in how data and analytics creates meaningful value for our clients and stakeholders. Our group balances the art of decision making with science to deliver actionable insights and innovative data products at scale. The J.P. Morgan Payments Data & Analytics team is defining and executing he multi-year global analytics and data strategy and roadmap for the firm. The team and work offer opportunities to flex and challenge both your soft and hard skills, to impact decisions and products across the business, and to engage with stakeholders and partners across the globe.

      As a Product Owner in the Data & Analytics space, you will work collaboratively across the Payments product, analytics, and technology teams to shape and deliver our next generation data platforms, products, and use cases. You will be responsible for learning the business, defining use cases, and leveraging your skills to build data assets, models, and insights capabilities that enable and inform the JP Morgan Payments frontline and product teams and drive client action. This role is ideal if you have experience delivering tangible business results by collaborating across teams in a matrix organization and working with big data.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Develop roadmap of high impact analytics and insights use cases for JP Morgan Payments
      • Grow adoption of the existing product suite with account managers and frontline teams and helping them understand complex technical analysis
      • Partner with data scientists, engineering, product owners, and other internal teams to understand and solution new use cases as part of our overall analytics strategy
      • Deliver end-to-end solutions and business results with our technology partners in an agile framework
      • Enable the broader organization and being an agent of change by developing and communicating a deep understanding of how payments and data platforms work

      Requires Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

      • 5+ years of related experience (financial services, product management, or data related activities)
      • Bachelor’s degree in a related data discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, etc.)
      • Experience in analytics (e.g., SQL, Python, etc. ) such that you can analyze data to make decisions
      • Experience with data and analytics platforms (e.g., Oracle, Hive, AWS)

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

      • Product management experience in an analytics/information technology setting or management consulting experience
      • Experience in the payments industry and/or technology-enabled industries
      • Experience in agile methodologies
      • Experience building analytics solutions / dashboards / models / strategies with data analysis
