      As the Senior Product Owner for SaaS, you will drive the design and optimization of innovative solutions, leveraging your SaaS expertise and strong ownership mindset to deliver high-quality software.

      Your Contribution:

      • You will take end- to -end responsibility for feature development from research and collaboration with the team to the validation and acceptance of user stories .

      • You will work closely with the DevOps and Development teams, as well as key stakeholders from Support, Customer Onboarding, Technical Services, Sales, and other Product teams.

      • You will design and optimize innovative customer onboarding processes in a SaaS environment while driving adoption, engagement, and overall customer success.

      • You will oversee the team’s backlog , ensuring tasks are clearly defined and aligned with strategic goals and the overall roadmap .

      • You will stay updated on market trends , innovations , and legal developments , always prioritizing customer needs .

      What you bring along:

      • At least three years of experience as a Product Owner, particularly in a SaaS environment, with a strong track record of successfully delivering end-to-end features and products.

      • Proficiency in managing product backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and aligning them with both strategic goals and the product roadmap using Agile methodologies.

      • A strong sense of accountability and the ability to proactively solve challenges while continuously improving processes to ensure high-quality product delivery and customer satisfaction.

      • A forward-thinking mindset with a pas sion for emergin g technologies and creative problem-solving, driving the development of the best solutions for our customers.

      • Strong communication skills that enable effective dialogue with various stakeholders and the ability to work cross-functionally .
