You will be a part of the Battery Accelerator, an organization of multiple internal start-ups which self-responsibly engage with cell manufacturers worldwide, develop and implement pilots, and take complete ownership of their products. Identify key existing and emerging manufacturing technologies for various battery types in mobility and storage markets Spot patent opportunities and improvement areas in scalability, quality and sustainability in the current technological landscape Be the interface between customer discovery and internal development, translating user requirements into feature specifications incl. prioritization Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development, define scalable roadmap and user stories Act as project manager coordinating with cross functional development teams and commissioning teams for pilot execution Socially contributing to healthy team spirit, onboarding and tutoring new members and bringing innovative ideas You will have impact to move the world forward!
