What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to define requirements and develop solutions that meet organizational goals
- Manage the backlog of product deliverables and implement improvements based on qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Lead technical discovery processes and evaluate existing or new solutions to enhance business operations
- Conduct analyses of client business processes and prepare documentation to validate findings
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable success criteria for projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required in a technical or healthcare discipline
- Seven or more years of related experience in healthcare technology preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
- Proven ability to mediate and facilitate communications between stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex client needs and translate them into actionable solutions

- Familiarity with enterprise solutions architecture and risk assessment
