      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Contribute to the strategic direction of the product team and support the product vision, roadmap, and backlog prioritization
      - Maintain product-specific plans and coordinate feature development while ensuring product quality and timely releases
      - Define user stories and requirements while creating wireframes to enhance user-centered design efforts
      - Translate customer needs into product specifications and support internal training and documentation
      - Conduct competitive and industry analysis to inform product decisions and manage day-to-day product activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Development, or a related field
      - 3-5 years of experience in information technology, with a focus on product ownership or product management
      - Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills
      - Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Agile Product Owner certification or equivalent
      - Experience in nonprofit or fundraising technology
      - Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive product experiences
