Job Description

- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog together to Business areas
- Write clear, well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Translate business requirements into understandable tasks for the development team together the Software Architect
- Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to management or key stakeholders.
- Meet with business, marketing, sales, or user departments to understand needs.
- Explain the product's technical capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and define what is feasible within the technical scope
- Understand the system architecture and its limitations.
- Validate technical decisions with architects or tech leads.
- Participate in decisions regarding tools, APIs, integrations, or infrastructure.
- Attend and contribute to daily standups, refinements, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team understands the sprint goals and priorities.
- Prioritize tasks such as refactoring, performance improvements, technical debt, migrations, in collaboration with Software architect
- Balance between user-visible features and the system's technical needs.
- Collaborate with QA to define testing criteria.
- Validate functional and technical deliverables (e.g., log review, performance, standards compliance).
- Measure product performance using technical and business KPIs.
- Use metrics to make decisions about priorities (e.g., latency, error rate, API adoption).

We’re looking for someone who has:
Experience managing across several different verticals within Fintech.
5+ years’ experience working in Tech projects with knowledge in analysis and good technical understanding of the solutions
Knowledge in AWS, project management, experience as a system analyst, technology projects, agile methodologies.
Knowledge in JIRA/confluence, knowledge story mapping tool.
English intermediate level
