Job Description
- Req#: 110464
- Supporting the development of Team OKRs, tracking product performance, and ensuring benefits realisation.
- Define user stories at the team level to meet customer needs and improve the customer journey.
- Contribute to the overall product vision, roadmap, and prioritise the team's product backlog.
- Take accountability for product change governance, business readiness activities, and incident investigation/contingency planning.
- Implement development frameworks and provide coaching/mentorship within the organisation.
- Collaborate with Integrators for large-scale changes and works towards successful and safe implementation.
- It’s essential that you are comfortable influencing, challenging and can articulate the product vision, provide updates, and address any concerns or inquiries across technical and business teams, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of market dynamics, technology, and customer needs. A passion for products and staying on top of new technologies will be very useful. You should have the ability to analyse user stories and identify improvements for the customer journey.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities, enabling you to contribute to the overall product vision and roadmap, as well as making informed decisions that align with our goals.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data related to product performance and benefits realisation. This includes tracking key metrics and using data-driven insights to drive product improvements.
- Effectively prioritise tasks based on customer needs and business goals. You’ll be able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and will be able to handle ambiguity, adapt to new challenges, and remain resilient in the face of setbacks. Experience in a Financial Services industry would be helpful, but not crucial.
- Ability to implement development frameworks and provide coaching and mentorship to team members. This includes guiding and supporting others in their professional growth within the organisation.
