- Empowerment and Enablement: Provide training, workshops, and support to individuals and teams to enhance their proficiency in utilizing Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI effectively.
- Governance and Compliance: Establish governance policies, ownership structures, and best practices to ensure the development of secure, compliant, and standardized solutions.
- Solution Consultation: Collaborate with departments across the organization to understand their unique needs and provide expert guidance in creating tailored solutions that leverage the Power Platform's capabilities.
- Community Building: Lead the creation and growth of a vibrant community of practice for citizen developers, facilitating knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and fostering innovation.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in the M365 Power Platform, ensuring that our organization benefits from the latest features and capabilities.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the impact of developed solutions, gather feedback, and iterate to improve overall effectiveness.

- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance considerations within the Power Platform.
- Experience in providing training, workshops, or mentoring to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Previous experience in community building or creating knowledge-sharing initiatives is a plus.
- A methodic and structured achiever, who can plan, organize, prioritize, assess, adapt and deliver the promise.
