  The Role
  

  Roles and Responsibilities

  • Empowerment and Enablement: Provide training, workshops, and support to individuals and teams to enhance their proficiency in utilizing Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI effectively.
  • Governance and Compliance: Establish governance policies, ownership structures, and best practices to ensure the development of secure, compliant, and standardized solutions.
  • Solution Consultation: Collaborate with departments across the organization to understand their unique needs and provide expert guidance in creating tailored solutions that leverage the Power Platform's capabilities.
  • Community Building: Lead the creation and growth of a vibrant community of practice for citizen developers, facilitating knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and fostering innovation.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in the M365 Power Platform, ensuring that our organization benefits from the latest features and capabilities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the impact of developed solutions, gather feedback, and iterate to improve overall effectiveness.

  What we expect of you?
  

  Competences

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance considerations within the Power Platform.
  • Experience in providing training, workshops, or mentoring to non-technical users.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Previous experience in community building or creating knowledge-sharing initiatives is a plus.
  • A methodic and structured achiever, who can plan, organize, prioritize, assess, adapt and deliver the promise.
  • A resilient person who can cope with change in an ever faster moving digital landscape and who can spread this attitude of self-sufficiency.
