  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for personalization products
  - Manage business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for product development
  - Act as a liaison between business and engineering teams to ensure clarity and resolve any confusion
  - Define and prioritize the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria
  - Track progress toward objectives and key results (OKRs) for personalization products
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a personalization technology capacity
  - 2+ years of understanding the technology implementation of Adobe Target
  - 2+ years of experience working with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager or similar
  - 2+ years of experience managing projects across multiple cross-functional teams
  - 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment, prioritizing backlogs
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in digital healthcare
  - Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  - Certifications in Adobe Target and AJO
  - Strong business acumen with effective communication skills for presentations
  - Proven ability to manage multiple projects within a complex organization
