Job Description

Own the Agile team’s backlog, translating strategic roadmaps into clear, testable user stories and prioritized work.
Drive collaboration across teams by working closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to shape solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
Lead with agility; run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story reviews to keep delivery focused and outcomes aligned.
Champion product quality by prioritizing bugs, tech debt, and performance improvements alongside new feature development.
Create clarity through documentation by capturing product functionality, user feedback, and usage insights to support better decisions.
Bring the vision to life through story mapping, user journey workshops, and demos that validate delivery and delight stakeholders.
Abilities: Proficient in Agile practices, backlog management, and user-centered thinking, with experience using tools like Aha! or Azure DevOps; familiarity with healthtech, fintech, or SaaS products is a plus.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis.
Education: BA/BS required; business, computer science, or a related field preferred.
Location: The role is hybrid and requires 25% in office
